Lucas B. Piatt, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Lucas Piatt’s responsibilities are to oversee commercial, retail and industrial leasing activities, identify and develop new business for the corporation as a whole and direct the short and long-term marketing goals of Millcraft Industries Incorporated and its subsidiaries.
Mr. Piatt brings to Millcraft knowledgeable experience in the areas of project management in commercial and residential construction as well as many aspects of leasing and land planning. Mr. Piatt’s work history leaves him experienced in sales and marketing, contract negotiations, material purchasing and logistics, inventory control, building maintenance, space planning, interior design and real estate development.

Mr. Walker brings to Millcraft a strong business perspective with extensive operating experience and financial management. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Walker was a partner in a Pittsburgh CPA firm, where he specialized in business tax, accounting, auditing and consulting services.

Edward T. Page Jr., RPA, Director of Property Management
As Director of Property Management, Ed Page oversees and directs all company Property Management. Mr. Page is responsible for implementing and directing proper procedures, polices and Green Building operations. He and his team will ensure the safe and effective operation of all Millcraft Properties.
Mr. Page brings a wealth of operational experience to Millcraft Industries. Working with private developers and property owners, he was instrumental in the renovation, build-out, planning, direction and control of the physical operations for a 350,000 square foot, 14-acre, $48 M retail facility. He also directed the day-to-day operations of 2.5 M square feet of privately owned real estate holdings consisting of office and retail space as well as a 250-unit high-rise apartment building which included state-of-the-art life safety systems as well as all facets of skilled labor and office personnel.
Most recently, as Sr. Property Manager, Mr. Page directed a variety of key properties for CB Richard Ellis in the Pittsburgh and Maryland markets. In addition to overseeing property operations, he also directed the policies and procedures, security, budgeting and maintenance functions of each property.

Chad R. Wheatley, Director of Construction
As Project Manager for Millcraft Industries, Inc., Chad Wheatley plans, organizes, and supervises work in connection with development, design, and construction of all major construction and tenant improvement projects. Mr. Wheatley is also responsible for administering construction contracts and coordinating all phases of development from planning to project construction.
Prior to joining Millcraft, Mr. Wheatley extended his Real Estate Development knowledge through years of experience on multi-million dollar construction projects with a large development company in downtown Pittsburgh, as well as with one of the nation 's largest construction companies, headquartered in Pittsburgh.

Prior to joining Millcraft, Mr. Westrick spent 10 years working for several local development companies and spent an additional 10 years in the Washington, D.C. area with three different real estate development/management companies.

Judith P. Skupaka, Assistant Controller
As assistant controller for Millcraft Industries, Inc., Judy Skupaka is responsible for all accounting functions for several existing properties in addition to financial analysis and accounting for current and future Hotel projects.
Mrs. Skupaka has been with Millcraft for over 16 years and spent 13 years in accounting in the coal industry prior to joining Millcraft.
